If you are looking to experience the Parry Sound area
at it's best, the shores of Whitestone Lake are the place to come! The Bridge Resort
is located right at the narrows of this lake, giving you the prime location to
enjoy this beautiful area. The resort has four old world cottages with all the amenities
of home. Each cottage has electric heat, The Bridge Resort accommodates cottagers only;
no campers or RVs are permitted for your privacy. A Full 1,724 acres of navigable waterways interconnects the
Magnetawan River system making for great fishing or canoeing. For more things to do check

The following is information on our cottages in Dunchurch All
the cottages are located on the waterfront with their own private docks,
outdoor patio with patio set and electric heat. A stove, plus
refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, cutlery, and dishes are
included. Please
Note: Appropriate # of pillows & comforters are provided with each
cottage. Kindly provide
your own bedding, towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc.
It helps us keep our rates down for your benefit.

Rates Are Per Week (7 Days) from Saturday to Saturday. In July and
August, we take weekly bookings only.
A deposit ($200.00
per cottage) is
required at the time of booking, in order to ensure you a trouble free
vacation. The
cottage rental price allows for two to four adults.
There is an additional charge of $10 per day for each extra person.
Provincial tax (5%) and Goods & Services tax (6%) will
be added to all rental charges. (Nightly
rates of $100 per night for each cottage are for off-season only, for a
minimum of a 2 night stay)
Major Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express - Debit Cards and Cash also accepted!
Resort Policy: 1.
Pets may be allowed with prior consultation and permission
from management, and owners
are required to keep pets quiet and restrained at all times. Please
clean up after your pets, as they are your responsibility. 2.
Use of alcohol should be restricted to cabins only, and all behaviour
must be responsible at all times. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, and
stress free vacation. 3.
There is a campfire pit located on the resort for shared use by the cottagers; however, please check with Alex, for instructions/permission.
Depending on the weather, there is always a possibility of a Fire Ban! 4.
All cottages are posted NO SMOKING inside. 5.
Visitors should check in with the office upon arrival.

Check in is at
3 p.m.; check out time is at 10 a.m. to help us maintain our cleaning
standards for your comfort. 7.
All cottages will be inspected for damage &/or unnecessary cleaning before checking out occurs.
If damage to the cottage or contents occurs during your stay, a fee will be assessed based on repair or replacement cost. Please be responsible for your actions. 8.
Boat and motor rentals are not available this year, however there other rental opportunities in the area!
The paddleboat is complimentary with the rental of a cottage, but you need to reserve its use with Alex! We do our
best to ensure a quiet, private and relaxing stay at our resort.
If
you are considering reserving a cottage for the summer months, we
recommend that you do so as soon as possible to help us ensure that

(not really needed in July's heat wave!) a three-piece bath, a spacious living room,
stove, fridge
and a fully equipped kitchen.
The breathtaking view from these cottages is wonderful; from the time you step onto
your own personal deck, or when you go down to sit on your dock to enjoy the sunsets.
You will be viewing a picturesque view of the Whitestone narrows, and if
you're lucky,
you may even see a beaver carry a branch to their nearby home.
Each cottage has access to the waters edge
with your own private dock to enjoy and moor your boat.
